A: Eight break-out rooms and a high-end board room, along with a large banquest room, are included in the facility.

A: Weddings, corporate meetings and business retreats, social gatherings, family get-togethers, class reunions, sports and recreational events, theatre and arts packages—to name just a few.

Q: What is the economic benefit of the conference facility to Cache Valley?

A: Based on the experience of other conference facilities, it is estimated that when stablized occupancy is achieved, over $10 million additional new revenue to the valley's economy will be realized. The multiplier affect of this revenue will result in several million dollars to area merchants, businesses, and taxing entities.
Q: How will this affect downtown Logan?

A: We believe this will be a positive influence for all of Logan, and based on our close proximity to downtown, it will be good for downtown. We intend to forge strong ties to downtown events and businesses.
